Residential Warranty
Precision Gutters offers a Lifetime Residential Gutter Warranty covering workmanship and materials for the original homeowner. This warranty is effective from the installation date and is non-transferable.
Coverage applies to defects related to installation or materials under normal use. To maintain warranty eligibility, homeowners must properly maintain the gutter system, including annual cleanings and inspections. Additional cleanings may be required in areas with heavy debris buildup.
This warranty does not cover normal weathering, color changes, structural movement, accidental damage, acts of God, excessive heat exposure, altered or painted products, blockages below grade, or conditions beyond our control.
To submit a claim, the original proposal and defect details must be provided for review.
Commercial Warranty
Precision Gutters provides a Commercial Gutter Warranty covering installation-related leaks for qualifying commercial projects. This warranty applies to professionally installed gutter systems completed by our crews.
We work closely with builders, contractors, and property managers to install gutter systems of any size, style, or material. Our commercial warranty focuses on proper installation performance under normal operating conditions.
Coverage does not apply to structural movement, extreme weather events, third-party damage, lack of maintenance, or modifications made after installation.
Commercial projects require regular system maintenance to ensure long-term performance. Warranty claims are reviewed based on project documentation, scope, and installation details provided at completion.
